Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Butter
Directions
- Melt some butter in a large pan over medium low heat.
- Mix ingredients.
- Pour approx. 1/4 cup of batter into pan for each pancake.
- Flip pancakes when bubbles pop and edges begin to dry.
- Cook just a minute or so more on the other side, until golden brown and cooked throughout.
